Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.globalsensorsystems.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Order Processing

Unless otherwise indicated, orders are processed within 2-5 business days. An order acknowledgement will be provided.

Shipment processing time

Unless otherwise indicated, we anticipate shipping your order based on the lead times provided in our quotation. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are FOB Mississauga, Ontario.  Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond the control of Global Sensor Systems, Inc.

Overnight or same day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and Canada.  All associated costs for expedited delivery is borne by the customer.

Our supported domestic (Canadian) carrier is Purolator.

Our supported international (United States) carrier is UPS.

Global Sensor Systems, Inc. supports the use of third-party carriers or the customer’s preferred carrier should alternate shipping methods be required.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Global Sensor Systems is not responsible for any customs, duty or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Global Sensor Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
